The beginning has been laid. In order to adequately present our product on the European market, we have taken several more important steps:

Standardization of the product for the European market. Passing all stages of product testing. Obtaining certificates of conformity.
Conducting market research, participation in exhibitions to determine the trend of small shipbuilding in the EU countries
Building an effective personnel policy in the selection of personnel, as well as the development of its own methodology for training qualified specialists.
These steps had a positive impact on the development of our company and promotion of our product in the EU countries. Our first serious partner in the EU countries in 2017 was Valtine (Lithuania). With this company, we have also implemented joint projects to create new boat models that have become very popular not only in the EU but also in Ukraine.

Our products are represented in Canada, the Baltic States, Poland, Germany and even in Antarctica. We are especially proud of our experience in fulfilling government orders in Ukraine: National Antarctic Center Academician Vernadsky, Ministry of Emergencies.

The production is based on many years of experience of our team, the use of modern equipment from leading foreign manufacturers, the use of high quality materials, manual assembly and strict quality control.
Inflatable cylinders are made of PVC materials and rubber:
Valmex Germany MEHLER TEXNOLOGIES GMBH, Omega South Korea and Hypalon of the French company DUPONT and the Belgian brand ORCA.
In the production of boats made of PVC material we use heat welding technology. Compared to manual gluing, we get a monolithic and homogeneous structure.
In addition, we weld cylinders of non-linear shape using a minimum number of seams in the structure, thereby ensuring reliable sealing of cylinders. Less seams – more reliable boat.
If we talk about the manufacture of inflatable boats from Hypalon, we are one of the few companies in Ukraine that can manufacture products from this material. This material is very expensive and almost eternal in operation.
Also this material is complex in the production process and requires high professionalism and skills in working with it.
At the request of the customer, we customize the boat with all the necessary equipment from the installation of the echo sounder sensor to the installation of the engine.
